This application form is to be completed by you an individual applying for a position within Bravo Security. This form and relevant details must be completed correctly as part of the assessment of suitability to be interviewed for any operational ‘Security Officers’ and Non-Operational roles within our Company. Failure to correctly complete this application form may result in your application being declined. Bravo Security Limited is now proudly conducting a paperless vetting process, in accordance with the BS 7858 standard.Should your application be successful we will contact you further to arrange a video or in-person interview at a suitable date before deployment.Information required to complete the application form: (Please allow around 15-20 minutes to complete):

• Personal Details (Name, Contact Details, Appearance, Preferences & Suitability Questions). • 5 Year History (Specifically Dates, Names & Contact Information) • 1 Personal Reference (Name & Contact Details) • Documents & SIA Licence (Please note: Applicants for security roles must hold a valid SIA front-line licence to complete this application form).
