This form and relevant details must be completed correctly as part of the assessment of suitability to be interviewed for any operational ‘Security Officers’ and Non-Operational roles within our Company. Failure to correctly complete this application form may result in your application being declined. Bravo Security Limited is now proudly conducting a paperless vetting process, in accordance with the BS 7858 standard.Should your application be successful we will contact you further to arrange a video or in-person interview at a suitable date before deployment.Information required to complete the application form: (Please allow around 15-20 minutes to complete):

DECLARATIONS I understand that employment with this company is subject to references and screening in accordance with BS 7858. I understand and agree that if so required I will make a statutory declaration in accordance with the provisions of the Statutory Declarations Act 1835, in confirmation of previous employment or unemployment. I understand that any false statement or omission to the company or its representatives may render me liable to dismissal without notice. WORKING TIME DIRECTIVE The Working Time regulations 1998 provide that the average working week, including overtime shall not exceed 48 Hours. The company and the employee agree that this limit (48 hours) shall not apply to the employee. This agreement will remain in force indefinitely. The employee or the company may terminate this agreement at any time by giving not less than 1 month’s written notice to the other.
