Are you approved?

Yes, we are. We employ only personnel that can prove they hold the right to work within the UK and a valid Security Industry Authority (SIA) license. On top of the SIA license, we conduct our own vetting to ensure compliance with current legislation and industry standards.

How quickly can I have my system installed?

We usually install our systems within 7 days. The turnover can depend on the availability of equipment, number of orders etc.  We will contact you and discuss the situation further.

Would I be able to modify my order at a later stage?

It depends on how long away until installation. If you contact us right away, it may be possible to change your order. However, the order cannot be changed after we ordered the equipment for you or in the installation day.

I ordered the wrong equipment. What's next?

Contact us straight away and we might be able to cancel, change or refund your order.

What support do I get after installation?

The warranty duration it will be highlighted on the product description. If your equipment becomes defective because production or our own fault, then we will replace and repair the product(s). Please read our T&C’s for more information’s.
