Do you have a SIA Door Supervisor license? Do you have excellent customer service skills?

Working at various sites across Chelmsford your role will be as front of house security. Duties include dealing with customer inquiries, patrolling and providing a highly professional visual deterrent.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

• SIA Door Supervision License
• Excellent communication skills
• Loss prevention knowledge is an advantage
• Minimum 2 years Experience in the security industry
• Able to demonstrate a high standard of customer service
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Have a 5 year verifiable history

 

Duties will include:

• To carry out regular internal and external patrols and to familiarise yourself with the full layout of the site and the perimeter environment.
• To manage within the scope of your duty assignment, all access to the site, ensuring access control procedures are fully adhered to
• To attend your duty shift displaying your SIA license and in full uniform in accordance with the standards for appearance and dress as directed.
• To report for duty in time to complete a full duty handover and receive briefing on any site issues requiring your attention during your shift.

Prior security experience gained in a corporate, Critical National Infrastructure, Police or Military environment is an advantage.
