What steps are taken when your alarm is activated

When there’s an alarm activation the monitoring company will contact our 24/7 Control Room to alert there is an alarm activation on your site. We will then immediately dispatch a Key Guard with the keys/fobs to your site to attend your property as soon as possible.
Once on site our Key guard will take all the necessary steps to secure the site and assist with removing any intruders from your property. If Police assistance is required our team will liaise with the emergency services to resolve the incident.

If a breach caused damage to doors and windows, we will also instruct an approved contractor to board up, change locks etc. depending on the situation, and further instructions from the client.
Our Key Guards will stay on site until the property is fully secured. An attendance report will then be prepared and send to the client in due course.
